Ms. Arjana Blazic was an exemplary Humphrey Fellow. She not only optimized the resources available to her at Penn State but was also a great resource for her cohort and the larger Penn State community. During the course of the Humphrey year, Ms. Blazic worked on developing a proposal titled “Online Center for Innovative Teaching.” She conducted her professional affiliation with Consortium for School Networking, Washington, DC. Ms. Blazic did volunteer work at Mid-State Literacy Council and eagerly participated in all community service projects organized by the program. She received the Penn State Community Service award for her dedication and commitment to giving back to the community. Ms. Blazic found excellent mentors at Penn State and nurtured a strong working relationship with professionals in her field. She is an excellent spokesperson for the Hubert H. Humphrey Program.

Arjana is a superb online course developer and expert in education technology. She excels in using social media to engage learners and promote the resources/courses she has created. Most importantly she is a terrifically talented and an excellent collaborator while being a pleasure to work with.

Thank you for this week, I learned a lot and I can’t wait to use my knowledge in the classroom. The atmosphere was perfect, we all cooperated, the coaches were really nice, kind and they knew a lot. I’m really happy to be part of that and I really hope that I will have a chance to come back again. Thank you!
